The meet and greet service worked very well. A driver was there to meet us when we arrived and we had to wait no more than 5 minutes when we returned. Both were at fairly unsociable hours but the service was prompt, friendly and efficient. I would use them again.

Excellent service both ways ... our flight home was delayed for 2.00 hours but that did cause any problems.

We often use meert and greet services at many London Airports, however I must say that this was by far the best experience ever from drop off at Southend at the agreed time to returning late and being able to have the car waiting in the car park for us to drive off within 30 minutes of landing. Well done, we will definitely use your services again
